Question - How can you make the nation’s largest student-run ad agency better?

Answer - Create the first ever in-house production department for the nation’s largest student-run ad agency.

To truly answer this question, we needed to find the answer to how we establish a production department that can serve all the agency’s clients into a process that had existed for over 50 years. So, roles were established, recruiting occurred, an overview schedule was set, weekly modules were made, industry professionals were brought in for consulting, and beautiful documents were made to keep it all organized.

Our biggest accomplishment… 20 shoots in a 2-week span (along with little sleep).
